A decade later, staff have had no pay restorations, despite the cuts being imposed without agreement from the HSE.
Senator Paul Gavan raised the issue to the Minister for Health, imploring Simon Harris to agree to the implementation of pay restorations for the workers.
Senator Gavan asked the Minister to intervene in the situation to prevent the need for strike action:
