Tipperary Football Board are aiming to get more people in the county playing football.
The Munster council have recognised that Kerry in particular have pushed ahead from other teams in Munster – and Conor O Dwyer, vice chairman of the Tipperary football committee says he expects investment from them in the next few years.
He also says that all weather facilities will be critical for the development of football – as it will create an environment where competition can be played at a time of year that enables clubs who may traditionally be hurling focused to commit to football.
