The four star hotel in Thurles has been sold though the price and terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Brothers PJ, Seamus and Michael Maher, who have operated the hotel since April 2014, accepted the bid from Strategic Capital Investment Fund PLC for the 95 bedroom, four star hotel.
The fund is owned by Austrian investor Thomas Roeggla and the Anner is his 8th Irish hotel acquisition in recent years.
This particular Hotel group owns several high calibre and prestigious hotels in Ireland, including The Aghadoe Heights in Killarney, Mount Wolseley in Carlow and the Fitzwilton in Waterford City.
The Maher brothers have told Tipp FM that they are delighted to see the hotel passing to such high quality owners.
The sale will see business continue as normal with the handover beginning in the next month.
The more than 100 staff employed there will be keeping their jobs.
