There are fresh calls for free parking to be introduced across towns in North Tipperary.
The move is intended to help businesses in the town centres that are struggling with competition from online trading as well as out-of-town shopping centres and retail parks.

Councillor Hughie Mcgrath would like to see the commercial rates system changed but that would need national legislation.
In the meantime he says the traditional town centres need to be protected.
