The 89-year-old was found dead at her home in St Joseph’s Park last Sunday afternoon.
Josephine Ray who’s also known as Josie or Joan is survived by her daughters Sarah, Frances, Mary & Carmel, long with her Grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Funeral mass will take place at St. Mary of the Rosary Church at 11 o’clock following which she will be laid to rest in Killodiernan Graveyard.
It’s believed Gardaí are following a definite line of inquiry and that the killer was known to her.
They are continuing to appeal for anyone who was in the St Joseph’s Park area last Saturday evening or Sunday morning to contact the station in Nenagh especially if they have any video or dashcam footage.
