The final round of group games in the County Football Championships gets underway this evening.
In the Senior Championship, Ballina know they have to beat Upperchurch-Drombane by 2 or more points to progress from group 2.
They meet in Newport at 6.45pm.
There are two games in the Premier Junior football championship this evening.
At 6.45 in New Inn, Father Sheehy’s meet Loughmore-Castleiney, with the winners booking a place in the semi-finals.
Also this evening in group 2 of the third tier, Clonmel Óg meet JK Brackens in Bansha, with the winners earning a place in the last four whilst the loser will be heading to the relegation final.
However this evening’s clash between Cashel King Cormacs and Sean Treacy’s will not go ahead as Sean Treacy’s have conceded the game.
