The Mid Tipp side beat last year’s county champions Kiladangan 2-21 to 3-16 in their quarter-final .
Eddie Brennan’s men produced a spectacular comeback from 8 points down at half-time with Max Hackett scoring the winning goal deep in injury time.
It means Moycarkey are into a first county senior quarter-final since 1984.
Joining them in the last four is Toomevara.
The greyhounds beat JK Brackens in their quarter-final on a score line of 0-26 to 0-21.
Elsewhere yesterday, Borrisileigh beat Lorrha by four points and Roscrea had a 5-22 to 2-15 win over Templederry in the senior relegation semi-finals.
In the premier intermediate – Cashel King Cormacs booked their place in the last four with a 3-25 to 1-13 win over Thurles Sarsfields and Upperchurch-Drombane were 3-13 to 0-16 winners over Éire Óg Annacarty.
Meanwhile, Moneygall are into the intermediate semi-finals after their 2-24 to 3-13 victory over Portroe and Ballingarry join them after their narrow 4-15 to 3-17 win over Knockavilla Donaskeigh Kickhams.
