A motorist is facing court after failing a roadside drug test in Clonmel over the weekend.
Gardaí on the beat in the town on Sunday observed a vehicle being driven without tax.

They stopped the vehicle and a road side oral fluid test was performed.
The driver was arrested after testing positive for opiates, benzodiazepines and cannabis.
