A motorist is facing a court appearance on a litany of offences after being stopped by Gardaí in Cashel last evening.
The vehicle was stopped after the Garda mobility app flagged insurance issues.

The driver was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and was found to be almost six times over the limit.
The car was also seized as the driver never held a driving licence or insurance.
