Tipperary’s Sean Mockler finished 11th in the Under-23 hammer competition at the European Throwing Cup yesterday.
The Two Mile Borris man’s best effort was 60.89 metres at the event in Split, Croatia.

His personal best is just over 65 metres.
The Gold medal went to Christos Frantzeskakis of Greece with a seasons best throw of 75.10.
