Missing Tipp student found safe and well

Missing Tipperary student, Stephen Cullinan, has been located after making contact with his family yesterday evening.

After three weeks of extensive searching, it is understood that the 25-year-old from Ballymackey in Nenagh who is the son of North Tipp IFA Chairman Tim Cullinan was located safe and well.

Extensive searches had been carried out in Dublin after CCTV captured in the area in the days after his disappearance.

The family have thanked everyone involved in the search efforts and have asked for privacy at this time
