One person was hospitalised following an incident on the M8 near Cashel last night.
The single vehicle collision occurred on the north-bound lane of the motorway which led to the temporary closure of the slip-road at Junction 8.

The extent of the injuries is not known at this stage.
The road has since fully reopened.
