Loughmore-Castleiney claim 3rd Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship semi-final spot

Loughmore-Castleiney have claimed a place in the last four of the Tipperary Senior Hurling Championship.

They’ve beaten Kilruane MacDonaghs by six points with two quick goals early in the second half the difference between the two sides.

The Full-Time score was Loughmore-Castleiney: 2-22(28) Kilruane: 1-19(22) at FBD Semple Stadium.

That was the first game of a double header in Thurles with Thurles Sarsfields and Nenagh Éire Óg in a battle for the last semi-final spot.

Moycarkey-Borris & Toomevara claimed berths in the last four yesterday (Saturday) with wins over Kiladangan and JK Brackens respectively.
