Concerns have been raised that people in Tipperary town are unfairly losing out on using the local library.
It’s closed on Wednesday’s and Saturday, but due to staff shortages it sometimes closes on other days when staff are on holidays or sick.

Council officials have been working for a number of months to rectify the staffing issue.
Cllr Anne Marie Ryan says something needs to be done.
