Everton manager Ronald Koeman says unfair expectations are being placed on them this season.

They were beaten 4-nil at Manchester United to drop into the Premier League’s bottom three.

The club overhauled their squad after selling Romelu Lukakau to United for 75-million pounds in the summer.

In their opening five games, Koeman’s side have also played Manchester City, Chelsea and Tottenham.

Philippe Coutinho says it is an ‘honour’ to still be at Liverpool after he failed to get his desired move to Barcelona.

The Brazilian playmaker admits he wanted to make the switch and that August was a ‘complicated month’ but he’s now focused on the rest of the season with the Reds.
