The Transport Minister is to be lobbied by Tipperary County Council to address problems with insurance for older cars.
Some motorists are facing increasing difficulties in getting cover due to the age of their vehicle.

This is despite the car having passed an NCT.
Thurles based Sinn Fein Councillor David Doran says this brings the whole idea of having cars tested into question.
