A Tipperary based Physician and Endocrinologist has launched an attack on the running of the health service.
Dr Mary Ryan says it is “deplorable” how the trolley crisis has been allowed to continue and says we have lost our moral conscience.

Dr Ryan joined Fran earlier on Tipp Today and said the situation is not only horrendous for patients but also extremely stressful for staff.
