Nenagh Ormond have had an historic victory to win the Munster Senior Cup for the first time.

They beat Limerick’s Old Crescent 32-20 in the final at Thomond Park.

They are not only the first Tipperary club to win the prestigious cup but also the first team from outside of Cork and Limerick to claim it.

The North Tipp side came good after the break when it was 10-10 after a tight first period.
