Hanrahan wins appeal over assault conviction

A Tipperary garda convicted of assaulting two women during a row over a lift home has won his appeal against the conviction.

34 year old Brian Hanrahan of Ballintotty Nenagh was found guilty last year of assaulting Emer Kelly and Aisling King in March 2016.
