Following recent complaints grass cutting has resumed in public areas in the Nenagh Municipal District.
Many councillors raised the issue at this months meeting of the local authority claiming that grass was out of control in some areas.

Councillor John Carroll says discussions with the contractor appear to have resolved the problem with work already underway.
