Funding for Tipp Town Task Force less than expected

The funding allocated for the task force for Tipperary Town is less than anticipated.

It was signed off by the Taoiseach late last week after a lengthy delay since its announcement in January.

Alison Harvey has been appointed as an independent chairperson.

It was expected that funding would be in the region of a six figure sum but speaking on Tipp Today Deputy Mattie McGrath says the funding is less than originally hoped for.
