Funding secured for major extension of Cahir secondary school

Funding has been secured for a significant extension of Coláiste Dún Iascaigh in Cahir.

Fine Gael Senator Garrett Ahearn has informed Tipp FM that work is to take place thanks to this year’s Additional Accommodation Scheme.

It’ll see funding go towards the construction of four general classrooms, two woodwork prep areas, an art room, a music room, among other facilities.
