It was a frustrating day for Dylan Slevin today on the PDC ProTour.
The Borrisokane man was in Rosmalen in The Netherlands, competing in two Euro Tour event tour card qualifiers, where over 80 pro players battle it out with just ten spots up for grabs for April’s big EuroTour events in Austria and Germany.
The qualifier for the International Darts Open saw the 22-year-old win his opening two games, winning 6-5 against Pero Ljubic and 6-3 against Lukas Wenig, before losing out 6-4 to world number 31 Krzysztof Ratajski in the final round.
Then in the German Darts Grand Prix qualifier, the Tipp man made it back to the final qualifying round with wins over Jose De Souza (6-2) and Jelle Klaasen (6-3).
However, Slevin was beaten 6-4 by Adam Paxton to miss out on a place at EuroTour event in Munich.
