Current Cathaoirleach of the District John Crosse says it was a touching tribute.

The two-time town councillor was also a member and leader of many community groups like the local Musical Society, the Tipperary Peace Convention and the St John’s Famine Graveyard Committee.

Close Friend and Honorary Secretary of the Tipperary Peace Convention Martin Quinn says she was a massive part of the local community.
