The Sigerson Cup is set to get underway today, with five Tipperary players involved in the top tier of Higher Education football this year.
MTU Cork has three Tipperary players in their ranks including Cathal Deely of Clonmel Commercials, Paddy Creedon of Thurles Sarsfields and Ben Comerford of Grangemockler/Ballyneale.

Elsewhere, Jack O’Neill of Ardfinnan is in the University of Limerick squad whilst JK Brackens’ Jack Nevin will be lining out with UCD.
Four games are due to get underway today with UCC hosting UCD at 3.30pm whilst at 7pm it’s TUS Midlands at home to Maynooth University, ATU Sligo at home to Ulster University and TUD against University of Galway in Grangegorman.
