Figures reveal burglary rates in the Premier County

The number of burglaries in the Tipperary Garda Division in the 12 months to March stood at 169 per 100,000 people.

This compared with a high of 285 per 100,000 in Dublin and the lowest which was in Donegal at 80.

Our neighbours Limerick had the second highest rate in the country at 246 burglaries per 100,000 people.
