The event aims at taking a 360 approach to health and wellness, with events, talks, classes and demonstrations happening on both days.

Toomevara native Kate Duggan is the organiser of the event and she says the festival caters for everyone:

“It’s a two day health and wellness festival and our goal is to promote overall health and wellbeing with a 360 approach.

“So it’s everything from your movement to your classes whether you’re a gym-goer or a complete newbie or if you want a day out with your friends or you’re coming on your own, we have something for everybody no matter what age or what fitness level.

“We’re catering for absolutely everyone.”
