Gardaí are investigating all the circumstances surround the death of the 89-year-old.
Her remains were discovered around lunchtime on Sunday at a house in St Joseph’s Park near Tesco in the north Tipp town.

It is not yet known how she died.
The scene remains sealed off today and the Gardaí Technical Bureau are on site at the moment carrying out a forensic examination.
