A driver has a lucky escape after walking away from a crash on the motorway near the Horse and Jockey.
A car lost control and overturned ending up on the M8 embankment about 2.30pm this afternoon (Friday).

Four units of the Fire services, two ambulances and Gardai attended the scene but no serious injuries are being reported.
There was traffic disruption on the northbound lanes for an hour or so but the scene was quickly cleared by the emergency services. and traffic had returned to normal shortly after 4pm.
