Development at O’Connors site set to move ahead

Development at the former O’Connor’s Shopping Centre site in Nenagh is set to move ahead shortly.

The site of Ireland’s first ever shopping centre was purchased by Tipperary man Martin Healy in late 2015 – Lidl is set to be the anchor tenant when it’s completed.

The contractors have now been appointed – with work to begin shortly – and has been described as positive news for the area.
