The Disputes Resolution Authority Tribunal have confirmed Waterford defender Tadhg De Burca’s suspension will stand for Sunday’s All Ireland semi final against Cork.

In a statement the Authority says ” the Claimant had failed to establish the decisions of the C.H.C and C.A.C were irrational in finding the infraction to have occurred and in imposing the minimum suspension.”

De Burca was suspended after receiving a red card in the quarter final win over Wexford for interfering with the helmet of Harry Kehoe.

Former Waterford forward Eoin Kelly thinks the Deise can win.
