Cummins believes Wexford clash will benefit Tipp play

Tipperary hurling great Brendan Cummins is confident the senior side will keep their feet on the ground despite being widely tipped to win the league.

Michael Ryan’s side head to Nowlan Park this weekend to take on Davy Fitzgerald’s Wexford with a cracker of a game expected.

The last time the sides met at league stage was in 2011 and that encounter ended in a draw

Cummins says The Premier can learn a great deal from this clash.
