The OPW Minister is under fire for not sanctioning the opening of a Tipperary tourist attraction in time for St Patrick’s Day.

Carrick on Suir’s Ormond Castle is the last remaining Tudor Manor House in Ireland.

However Minister Kevin Moran appears to have ignored calls for it to begin the 2018 season at the start of March.

Local Councillor Kieran Bourke says it’s a missed opportunity.
