Funding has run out for renovation works on council houses in Tipperary.
The revelation was made at the recent Thurles-Templemore Municipal District meeting.

Councillor Micheál Lowry had raised concerns about the condition of windows and doors in some of the council owned stock.
He says the current situation is unacceptable.
