There was a controversial ending to yesterday’s Munster senior camogie semi-final involving Tipperary.

Denis Kelly’s side took on Waterford in the county camogie grounds in The Ragg aiming for a spot in the Munster final.

With just over five minutes to go in the game the sides were level when Tipp forward Karen Kennedy rifled a shot into the back of the net.

However, the ball rebounded off the net and back into play, with the officials ruling it had not crossed the line.

No goal was awarded and Waterford went on to win the game 0-15 to 0-14 and booked their place in the Munster final.
