Illegal dumping at Tipperary beauty-spots is being condemned after dozens of tyres were found on the river walk at Ladyswell in Thurles.
The area is in regular use by walkers but was blocked up recently by up to 40 used car tyres.

Illegal dumping has become a fact of life in many isolated sport in the Country recently as fly-tipper try to by-pass waste charges.
Councillor Jim Ryan says the local authority needs to step up measures to stop this or it will get worse…
