Columbarium approved for Clonmel cemetery

Tipperary County Council is to provide an area for people to inter the ashes of their loved ones in Clonmel.

The call for a columbarium for St Patrick’s cemetery was first made last February by Councillor Siobhan Ambrose.

At this months meeting of Clonmel Borough Council the Fianna Fáil representative was told that the project had gotten the green light and will be going to the design stage shortly.
