C&C has confirmed the sale of one of its sites in Borrisoleigh.
They have completed the sale of the Greenlawn site to Shannon Transport Logistics.

As part of this transaction, C&C Gleeson will lease one of the buildings for continued use as its distribution depot.
In a statement to Tipp FM this afternoon the company also says while an expression of interest in its bottling plant on the Ileagh Road has been received, any speculation that a sale has been agreed would be misleading.
