Efforts to resolve flooding problems in Cashel have taken a major step forward.
The areas around Cormac’s Cemetery and the recycling centre at Wallers Lot have experienced significant flooding in recent years.

It’s thought the problem has been caused by the construction of nearby motorway.
Independent TD Michael Lowry says a solution may be at hand.
The problems have also hit both the Dualla and Clonmel roads.
Deputy Lowry is hopeful that the problem can be resolved soon.
