A Tipperary TD has called on the HSE and Health Minister to publish their plans for the Winter months.

Alan Kelly’s comments come as the INMO have said that over 9,000 people were on trolleys in October, with University Hospital Limerick, which serves patients in North Tipp the worst affected – with 1045 there alone.

Deputy Kelly has called for better pay and conditions, as well as increased bed capacity.
