Call for ditches on N52 to be maintained

Tipperary County Council is being urged to carry out housekeeping on the N52 which traverses the north of the County.

It’s claimed visibility on some stretches of the road is poor because hedges and grass is encroaching on the thoroughfare.

Fine Gael rep Ger Darcy highlighted the problems at the monthly meeting of Tipperary County Council in Nenagh pointing out that the local authority needs to play its part in maintaining roadside hedges.
