Ballina teenager dies following farm accident

The community around Ballina in North Tipp is in mourning following the death of a local teenager.

Patrick McKeogh from Inchadrinagh was seriously injured in a farm accident earlier this week.

The 16 year old had been on life-support following a fall from a quad last Monday but sadly lost his fight for life.

The Health and Safety Authority is carrying out an investigation into the tragedy.
