The Irish Independent are reporting that the Central Hearings Committee have agreed with the referee Sean Stack’s decision.

Tynan was adjudged to have behaved “in a way that was dangerous to an opponent.”

He will now be unavailable for Tipp’s league game with Clare on Saturday March 22nd.
