Over a thousand householders and businesses in the Ballinure and Killenaule areas remain without water this morning.
It follows a burst main near the reservoir in South Tipperary yesterday which has now been repaired.
However due to the extent of the leak both the reservoir and network supply were drained and it wont fully be replenished until this evening.

Water tankers have been set up in the Glengoole and Killenaule areas today for householders hit by the major pipe burst.
Water levels are now slowly being replenished but it could be up to five this evening before its fully restored.
