103 people who have been deemed ill enough to be admitted to the facility which covers North Tipp, Limerick and Clare do not have a bed.
Next highest is Letterkenny University Hospital at 49 and CUH in Cork with 46.
9 people who have been admitted to TUH in Clonmel are having to be cared for on trolleys around the Emergency Department.
