There was a second round exit for Tipperary’s Dylan Slevin on today’s PDC ProTour event.
The Borrisokane native was competing in the 20th players championship event of the season, taking place in Wigan.
The 21-year-old had an impressive 6-4 win over Dutchman Owen Roelofs in their first round tie, averaging over 95.
However, Slevin was eliminated at the last 64 stage by world number 13 Chris Dobey, with the Englishman taking a 6-3 victory.
The Tipp man will be back in action tomorrow for players championship event 21.
