Planning permission is being sought for the construction of 60 new homes in Clonmel.
Rockspring Developments Limited are seeking to build 20 apartments across two three-storey blocks, as well as 40 houses at a site on Thomas Street.
The plans also include the demolition of some existing buildings.
Tipperary County Council are due to make a decision on the application in mid-May.
