Planning permission has been granted for a number of dwellings in Nenagh.
Tipperary County Council has given conditional approval to David Kelly for the works on Emmet Place in the heart of the town.
The project will mean the demolition of existing combined retail – residential units which will be replaced with 6 three-storey houses.
