A man has been arrested following an attempted burglary in which a knife was produced in Tipperary this morning.
The incident happened at a shop in Liberty Square, Thurles just after half-past-10.
A 26-year-old male has been arrested following the incident.
He is currently being detained in Templemore Garda Station.
