Tipperary interest at Down Royal and Dundalk

Dundalk hosts this evening's 8 race card, where the first is off at 5:40.

Six Tipperary trainers will try their luck at Dundalk this evening, with four of them each saddling up two entries.

David Marnane is first to go, with Sassy But Classy running in the opener- the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Fund Maiden, while he also sends Harry Trotter in the following race, at 6:10.

Next up is Denis Hogan, who has two horses in the 6:40, in the shape of Burren View Lady and Amazing Star.

David Wachman and Aidan O' Brien have four entries competing in the 7:10; Harpist and Fastnet for Wachman and Adeste Fideles and Beyond Brilliance for O' Brien.

Half an hour later the Andrew Slattery-trained Merry Mast will compete alongside Elusive Award, trained by TJ O' Mara, with Slattery also saddling up Sharjah in the Dundalk Stadium Handicap, which goes to post at 8:40.

And the final race of the evening at 9:10 sees Tommy Stack sending in Carrie Bow Cay.

Meanwhile Edward O’ Grady also has two entries on the 7 race card at Down Royal, which starts at 1:05.

He sends Hell Cat Maggie in the 1:35 and Curraghchase in the Allianz Handicap Hurdle, which goes to post at 2:40.
